2006 Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc Te Koko New Zealand

A good amount of mandarin orange, passion fruit and fresh lemon zest to the nose along with a salty minerally note to the tropical fruit aromas and a ginger spice, very complex bouquet of aromas. Creamy texture on the tongue with a lovely richness here but still has bright acidity, wonderful balance, distinct minerality and layers of flavors, leaves the tongue salivating for food with lovely persistence on the finish. I would imagine you could keep this wine for 10 years in your cellar and yes it is a screw cap! Finish 45 MOST EXCELLENT
