2009 Suavia Soave Classico

(87 Points) The 2009 Soave Classico is a good, entry-level Soave. In this vintage it is especially ripe, with plenty of ripe peaches and apricots. Despite its opulence, this is a nicely balanced white with the body to stand up to all but the heartiest dishes. Hints of ash and minerals add complexity and nuance to the finish.
