"Nothing makes the future look so rosy as to contemplate it through a glass of Chambertin."

- Napoleon Bonaparte

We have an amazing collection of Burgundy for sale here at Wine Watch and you can tell the wines that I like we have a lot of them in the store.  In addition to offering these great wines for sale we also host events where we put the best wines from Burgundy on the table to enjoy with our “Wine Drinking People”.  As I like to say we are doing serious scientific work with wine here at Wine Watch.

We even open up the most expensive wines on Burgundy shelf like Romane Conti, Montrachet, Musigny and La Romanee.  These are the wines that are in the ridiculous range of the price scale but are some of the most memorable wines that I have ever experienced.  If you have the means to afford these wines but feel that they are overpriced, you may be correct, but I still want to experience them.   So every year we host at least one event that contains some of the biggest names in Burgundy.

Some of the wines on the table tonight are double the price of admission to this tasting.  What most people may not consider when they look at the price of our tastings, everything is included except sales tax, when you go to other places that host wine dinners the price does NOT include service, in addition to adding tax to the bill they also add 20% service charge.  Our price includes the service charge!   So our price for this event is $1950 + $136.50 = $2096.50.  Anywhere else it would be $1950 + $390 + $136.50 = $2476.50.

Join us as we experience some of the top names in Burgundy including, Domaine de la Romanee Conti, Leroy, Jacques Frederic Mugnier, Domaine des Lambrays, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair and more.  The fee for this tasting which includes dinner is $1950 + tax, for reservations call 954-523-9463 or e-mail andy@winewatch.com
