The Menu
First course
Sea scallops and spinach crepe with fennel coulis
Second course Tuna salad Nicoise, olives, egg, red and yellow cherry tomatoes, fingerling potatoes. French green beans and Bibb lettuce with mustard lemon vinaigrette
Third course
Hazelnut sautéed snapper, rissole potatoes, fines herbs & spring vegetable stew
Fourth course
Atlantic swordfish and grilled vegetable ratatouille, melted tomato & tarragon "béarnaise" butter. Double cream brie and shallot au-gratin potatoes
