Augustan

Casa Marin Lo Abarca Pinot Noir Leyda
Price: $48.00    Sale $42.24    Case $490

Dark fruit aromas with some mulberry, blackberry, raspberry and black cherry notes, framed by black truffles and forest floor.

Casa Marin "Cipreses" Sauvignon Blanc San Antonio
Price: $25.50    Sale $22.44    Case $261

The Cipreses Vineyard is located at the very top of a hillside slope, with a northern and southern exposure. Extremely windy conditions act as a natural restraining agent on grape yield. The results are very weak vines and low productivity. TPale straw with a youthful greenish hue. The nose is bursting with aromas of cut grass, lemon zest and citronella. On the palate the wine is surprisingly mouthfilling and complex though scythingly fresh and energetic. Flavors range from herbal through asparagus to ripe lime always with an underlying minerality. Finishes as clean and razor sharp as it starts, although flavours linger tantalizingly.

Allamand "H" Blend
Price: $32.25    Sale $28.38    Case $329

This is the best wine that Cristian Allamand is capable of making with the fruit of those vineyards he works and/or directs on a daily basis through the course of the year. Cristian offers this wine only on those vintages he considers outstanding. This is a wine with no rules and no pre-conceived notions as to how to make it. It can be a 100% single varietal from a single vineyard or a blend of several varietals from one or many of the vineyards he personally oversees.

Altos las Hormigas "Terroir"
Price: $17.25    Sale $15.18    Case $176

This profuse red, violet hued wine is meant to reflect the expression of Malbec under the cooler climate of Uco Valley. Its bouquet opens with cheerful red berries such as red currant or bing cherry, which you find again on the palate, combined with a hint of fennel and subtle smoky notes. With friendly, supple tannins and a balanced structure between crisp and plentiful fruit, it is for us an example of juiciness. Dainty spices on the finish make it pleasing to drink alone or a perfect pair for a casual meal. Open half an hour before pouring.

Luminus Cabernet Sauvignon Lujan de Cuyo 2012
Price: $13.50    Sale $11.88    Case $138

A good amount of cigar box spice, currant and dark plum fruit, with fresh earth loamy highlights. Very chalky soils here in this party of the vineyard, this is a very elegant with fine tannins, sweet ripe fruit but vety nciely balanced, coco notes through the finish. Finish 35+ ONly French Oak here Medium toast. Very Good

Republic National

Altamana Gran Reserve Malbec 2013
Price: $21.00    Sale $18.48    Case $215

French expertise combines with Chilean soil and history to give this Malbec purity and balance, with complexity, depth and concentration, owed to the old vines. 60 year old dry farmed vines benefit from stark diurnal temperature variations yield the superb quality grapes for this wine. Primary fermentation was performed in 28 days with long maceration in small cement tanks. Aged in French oak for 9 months. The wine was not filtered nor clarified prior to bottling in order to preserve the wine's authentic character.

Alta Vista Terroir Select Malbec 2011
Price: $30.00    Sale $26.40    Case $306

Terroir Selection Malbec is made from a blend of five vineyards in Lujan de Cujo and Valle de Uco, each bringing different characteristics to the wine. Lujan de Cujo contributes elements of ripe, mouth filling fruit that is very long on the palate, while Valle de Uco supplies strength and young, primary fruit aromas and roundness in the mouth. Terroir Selection Malbec is aged in French oak barrels (new, one- and two-year old) for 12 months and in bottle for 6 months.

Alta Vista Premium Torrentes
Price: $20.25    Sale $17.82    Case $207

It is a floral dry white wine, with fresh, crisp and vibrant flavors of white flowers and asian fruits. A clean, energizing and easy wine to drink.

Bodega Chacra Barda Pinot Noir 2013
Price: $32.25    Sale $28.38    Case $329

Mont Gras xx Carmenere
Price: $13.50    Sale $11.88    Case $138

Concha Y Toro Amelia Chardonnay
Price: $45.00    Sale $39.60    Case $459

Transatlantic

Locations AR
Price: $19.25     Sale $16.94    Case $197

At the foot of the Andes Mountains in Mendoza, Argentina lies a vineyard site ideally suited for our first wine made in the Southern Hemisphere.  Unlike some growing regions in the area that are flood irrigated, Locations AR2 was harvested from drip system blocks on estate land.  Extremely well drained and alluvial in
profile, the yields are low and the berries are small.  Malbec along with Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat, aged in new French oak, form the composition.  For years, our friends have spoken highly about the area despite the twenty-six hour travel time to get there.  Now we know why and eagerly look forward to the
next harvest.

NOEMIA PATAGONIA A LISA 2013
Price: $27.00     Sale $23.76    Case $276

(90 Points) "A firm and savory style, with a lively mix of white pepper, red currant and plum tart flavors supported by fresh acidity. Mineral and graphite accents pervade the juicy finish, revealing accents of raspberry. Malbec. Drink now through 2017. " Wine Spectator

NOEMIA PATAGONIA J ALBERTO 2013
Price: $56.25     Sale $49.50    Case $574

(91 Points) "Bright acidity and fresh, fruity flavors of dark cherry, red plum and wild currant keep this lively. Shows plenty of minerality on the long, spice- and chocolate-filled finish, revealing hints of anise and fresh herbs. Complex and satisfying. Malbec." Wine Spectator

Neyen 2010
Price: $52.50     Sale $46.20    Case $536.00

Intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry, plum and cassis mingle with hints of pepper and vanilla. On the palate, the 2010 Neyen is soft and elegant, with ripe tannins and low acidity. The finish is long and memorable.

Primus Cabernet Sauvignon Chile 2012
Price: $22.50     Sale $19.80    Case $230

Intense and complex flavors of strawberry, plum and
blueberry complemented by a delicate touch of vanilla.
An elegant balance of fruit, acidity, and supple tannins
provide a beautiful and lingering finish

Michel Torino Don David Malbec Reserve 2012
Price: $21.75     Sale $19.14    Case $222

(91 Points) "This is one exotic number. The nose shows blueberry, boysenberry, charcoal, plenty of oak and hints of cardamom and star anise. A lush, layered palate is intense but doesnt hit too hard, while concentrated blackberry, licorice and spice flavors set up a peppery, minty finish thats stout and structured." Wine Enthusiast

Michel Torino Don David Torrontes Reserve
Price: $19.25     Sale $16.94    Case $197

(89 Points)  Pale yellow. Lively, inviting aromas of citrus peel and rose petal. A juicy, lush fruit bomb with slightly sweet citrus and spice flavors framed by brisk acidity. Plenty of palate presence. Finishes sweet, spicy and persistent. Another very good value in Torrontés.-ST Vinous

TGIC

Santa Ema Amplus Sauvignon Blanc Leyda Valley Chile 2014
Price: $16.25     Sale $14.30    Case $166

(88 Points) Textbook Leyda Valley aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, lime and ocean spray open this spritzy, citric SB. Flavors of crystallized mango, pineapple and lime are a touch candied, while mild notes of grass and bitterness infiltrate the finish.  — M.S.  (3/1/2015) Wine Enthusiast

Santa Ema Amplus Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
Price: $22.25     Sale $19.58    Case $227

Deep, intense red in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon has complex and intense aromas of dark fruit — such as blueberries, cassis, and blackberries — that lend tremendous typicity and are complemented by a touch of dark chocolate. On the palate, this Cabernet is mouth-filling and highly concentrated with firm, ripe tannins and persistent fruit on the finish.

Santa Ema Amplus One 2013
Price: $22.25     Sale $19.58    Case $227

Deep ruby red with violet nuances. Expressive and long, recalling red and black cherries, prunes and a touch of tobacco and pencil shavings. Well-structured and powerful, with well-rounded tannins that lead to a voluminous and seductive finish.

Montes Alpha Pinot Noir 2012
Price: $21.00     Sale $18.48    Case $215

Beautiful and delicate ruby-red color. Intense and elegant nose, with predominance of strawberry and flowery notes, that together make this Pinot Noir a very lively, harmonious and generous wine. On the palate it is clean, well balanced, with soft rounded tannins and a good level of acidity. The wine is long in the mouth and shows well-integrated, balanced oak. The wine is very lightly filtered, making the aromas and color very expressive of Pinot Noir.

Montes Alpha Syrah Apalta Valley Chile 2012
Price: $21.00     Sale $18.48    Case $215

From our La Finca estate, in the Apalta Valley, the 1999 vintage was our first Syrah. This is the scarcest of our Alpha wines. Yields are very low at only 6 tonnes per hectare. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for one year and has only one soft filtering. In the manner of Rhone producers, Aurelio adds a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, also originating from Apalta, and some Viognier, to the final mixture. Of intense ruby red color, it has a great aroma with floral, tobacco and leather notes. Strong and full-bodied on the palate, with soft and mature tannins. A very long, elegant and satisfying aftertaste. A superb Syrah.

Deep ruby red with a violet hue, this highly aromatic wine has a predominance of black and blue berries on the
nose with notes of jam and caramel. French oak lends complexity, a touch of vanilla and black pepper, and aromas
of coffee and toffee, with just a hint of nutmeg at the end. The palate is smooth and well balanced with nicely
rounded tannins. This is voluminous wine with a long finish.
