A touch of Semillon and Sauvignon Gris, they stirr the lees with batonage, a good amount of ripe melon and fig fruit with a nice touch of minerality ala a white Bordeaux. A ncie richness to the mid palate with a savory mouth watering finish, good length and a long balanced finish. Finish 45+ Excellent
