Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Harvest: September, 40% hand harvested.

Winemaking: The grape juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks after which the wine is aged on fine lees for a minimum of 6 months. No malolactic fermentation.

Color: Pale gold, with silver highlights.

Nose: Intense and complex. The aromas are a varietal of boxwood, mineral, and fruity (grapefruit).

Taste: Fresh and the aromas detected on the nose are found on the palate in addition to floral notes (white flowers).

Food Pairing: Seafood or grilled light fish.
