2013 Bindi Sergardi Chianti Colli Senesi

100% Sangiovese, all stainless steel so no oak and they believe that Chianti needs to be drank in the first few years, the family has 3 estates and they have been making wine in Tuscany since 1349, this is from the estate in the north near the town of Moneriggioni at 1000 foot altitude, lots cacaire soils here. On the nose this wine has light red berry fruit, some hints of earth, dried herbs and flowers, very light and pleasant. A soft and easy drinking wine with silky smooth tannins and a hint of that earth and herbs on the finish. Finish 30+ Very Good
