2016 Schone Tal Cellars Meredith Mitchell Vineyard Pinot Noir McMinnville

The Meredith Mitchell Vineyard is a bio-dynamic site located in the McMinnville AVA planted on Marine Sedimentary and Basalt soil. For this  vintage we sourced from blocks 2 and 3 which are both 100% Pommard Clone Pinot Noir that's rooted on it's original root stock. We fermented 40% whole cluster and aged this wine for 16 months in neutral French Oak barrels. The grapes were harvested on 09/20/16 at 24 brix and 3.3 pH.
