2012 Forefront Pinot Noir by Pine Ridge San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Sonoma image

Our forward-thinking philosophy frees us from the boundaries of traditional sourcing and blending to achieve the exceptional quality and distinctive style that defines ForeFront wines.

Rather than following the usual norms - wine characterized by appellation or tradition - we source each varietal from growing conditions in which it develops its best expression. For unusual complexity, we combine fruit from several regions. And instead of restricting our wines to the expected varieties, we often experiment with interesting blends.

This modern slant on traditional winemaking allows us to create unusually luscious, approachable and intriguing wines. Wines that appeal to sophisticated wine drinkers. Wines that deliver exceptional quality at an attractive, everyday value.
