2010 Lasseter Amoureux Sonoma

They really like Malbec so this is their love thus the name, the winery was just recently completed in 2010, A blend of 73% Malbec, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc only 2000 cases produced, a good amount of blackberry and blueberry fruit very juicy with notes of fresh plowed black earth and bitter coco and black licorice notes. A big and chewy wine on the tongue iwth layers of blackberry coulis, with pretty violet floral notes, a good bit of spice on the finish along with some of that dark earth and pretty violet floral notes through the finish. Finish 45+ Lovley balance and still very good on the second day, very well built. Most Excellent
