2014 Manincor La Manina Vigneti Delle Dolomiti Bianco

A blend of Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon and Chardonnay, all biodynaically farned family owned since 1996, they used to bring their grapes to the co-op before this but they did have a Manincor from 1915 and before. This is a 10,000 - 12,000 bottle This wine is very fresh with an almost spritz to the finish, nice defined minerality here with fresh tree fruit, citrus and apple with white flowers and a hint of ginger spice. Finish 40+ Excellent
