2015 Beringer Chardonnay Private Reserve Napa image

(91 Points) The 2015 Chardonnay Private Reserve is all barrel fermented, goes through 100% malolactic, and still comes from the Gamble Ranch in southern Napa. The oak is slightly more subtle than in the previous example, with touches of hazelnut, white peach, honeysuckle and tropical fruits. The oak is there, but delicious and not overdone. This is a big Chardonnay compared to the Luminus.  Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
