Made with grapes cultivated at Nozzole Estate, in Greve in Chianti region at an altitude of approximately 300 meters a.s.l.


Chardonnay: 100%.

Vineyard density: 4000-4500 plants per hectare.

Yield per hectare: an average of 8 tons of grapes.

Yield of grapes into wine: approximately 70%.



Grape harvest: second half of September.

Vinification: Nozzole Cellar.

Alcoholic fermentation: following cold decanting for 24 hours, it takes place in approximately 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. It is left sur lie (on the lees) for approximately 3 months.

Malolactic fermentation: in stainless steel tanks.

Bottle agieng: at least 2 months.



Color: straw yellow with verdant hues.

Bouquet: tropical fruits and citrus aromas.

Taste: persistent with hints of apple and banana.

Serving temperature: 14 °C.

Accompanies the bold flavours of fish, shellfish and seafood in general.
