All Bouzy 70/30 Pinot Noir Chardonnay 6-7 % still pinot noir and 7 grams of residual base vintage 2010. Red cherry, raspberry and fresh rose petal like fruit , gevrey of pommard like a bigger style of Pinot noir with chalky mineral notes. A very rich wine on the tongue with a nice bit of red berry fruti, plum and red cherry with notes of licorice spice and rose petal floral notes, nice freshness and a tongue tingly minerality to the finish. finish 40+ Excellent
