Darkly alluring and brooding in the glass, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with dusty dried flowers and black currants lifted by nuances of mint and pine. This washes across the palate with total elegance, silky and suave, with sultry ripe red fruits underscored by saline-minerals that slowly saturate. Residual acids add a bump of energy that balances, as tart wild berries and currants give way to grippy tannins that linger on.
