(93 points) Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, coming 50% from Pritchard Hill, 38% from Rutherford bench and 12% from Oakville bench, the deep garnet-purple colored 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon offers lovely cassis, blackberry pie and preserved plums notes with hints of cedar, un-smoked cigars, dusty earth and black pepper. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers a compelling anise character, with red, black and blue fruit layers, supported by velvety tannins and finishing with great length.
