(100 Points) The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Kayli Morgan Vineyard Deep Time spent an incredible 60 months in barrel. Medium to deep garnet colored, it bursts from the glass with exuberant notions of Black Forest cake, licorice and espresso over a core of crème de cassis, blackberry pie, raspberry preserves and stewed plums with fragrant accents of red roses, black truffles and tilled earth. The full-bodied palate is powerfully fruited with a veritable layer cake of black and red fruits streaked with licorice and mocha, framed by super ripe, wonderfully plush tannins and seamless freshness, finishing epically long and heart-thumpingly perfumed.
