Herzog Five is a blend harvested from Paso Robles, Napa Valley, Alexander Valley and Santa Ynez regions of California. Together you will find a concentration of plum flavors, aromas of red cherry, hints of red currant and a toasted coconut finish. Herzog Variations Four can age gracefully for 5-8 years when stored at 55-60 degrees.
