2012 Barnett Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain image

(92 Points)   The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon possesses a deep ruby/purple color in addition to classic notes of crème de cassis, blueberries and a hint of that mountain wildflower character that is a part of the Spring Mountain District appellation. Sweet tannins, beautiful ripeness, and a long, textured mouthfeel are found in this beauty. It is one of the finest wines the Barnetts have made since this winery was founded in 1983.
