This is an estate bottled wine and the family is 5th generation in the fruit growing business, only recently into growing grapes. This wine is a blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Petite Verdot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 8% Merlot and 5% Malbec. A very strong earthy minty component ot the nose, anise spice and some black and red berry fruit showing here nice complexity. A spiced and zesty wine on the palate with minty and anise notes through the finish with nice structure and depth along with both red and black berry fruit, nicely balanced with a savory finish. Finish 40+ Excellent
