2011 Bindi Sergardi Simbiosi

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 50/50, this wine has that classic Tuscan Terroir, with dark plum and dark currant and cherry fruit, 50% new barrique here for 15 months, a warm vintage so lots of ripe fruit. A good amount of plum ripe berry and plum fruit, with a good hand of fine tannins and a freshness to the finish that would lead me to believe that this would be great with a few years in the bottle but there is a lot of juicy fruit even on the second day.
