Coda Di Volpe is the grape varietal and it is probably of Greek origin but these grapes are ancient, the rootstock however is from Ohio? but they do have some very old vines on their own rootstock some approaching 100 years old. Fallanghe the name of the trellising system which is the name of the pole and they were trellised very low. A bit of green herbs to the melon and green fig fruit with a good amount of minerality. Very unique wine on the palate with melon and lime citrus fruit and a host of we stone like mineraliy to the finish. Finish 35 Excellent
