I totally agree with that as I have only been able to do one job for the last 23 years here at Wine Watch and drinking is my job. 

The latest greatest vintage is 2018 and we have an incredible selection of 2018 vintage Burgundies in the store right now I thought it would be a good time to host another tasting featuring this outstanding vintage.  We are tasting from village to Grand Cru here even though the top wines from this vintage will need a decade or more in the cellar…did I mention that we are doing scientific work here at Wine Watch?
