This is a 5th generation family owned property and they have 150 acres of vines, they use oak for the aging, they buy 15% of the fruit from a cousin, producing 35,000 cases a year. Vineyards in 14 different terroirs, 3yrs 8 grams per liter, a honeyed character. A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier. From 8 Terroirs Brut Origine is a fruity and middle-full body Champagne with a low dosage of 8grs of sugar per liter.

This is a 3rd generation family owned winery with a classic sea shell like minerality on the nose with lime citrus, passionfruit and a touch of green herbs.  Fresh and bright on the palate with a good amount of citrus and tropical fruit with that tongue tingly minerality leaving the moutn salivating for food.  finish 40+    Excellent

Les Chenes is a small sub-region of Chassagne-Montrachet, located in the Cote D’Or region of Burgundy. The village lies mid-slope underneath some the more famous Grand Cru’s and is a small parcel of land shared amongst only a few winemakers.

Domaine Alain Chavy abides by a philosophy of purity and elegance in all wines produced. Almost no chemicals are used in the vineyards and each grape is hand-picked during harvest to ensure only the finest of quality. Winemaking techniques are meticulously chosen to preserve purity of fruit and terroir, followed by storage in the Domaines famous underground cellar.

Owned by several generations of the Maison family, this vineyard covers 10 hectares and is planted among the ancient limits of the Domaine des Templiers. A historic spot in the 12th century, with its history still written in the terroir, and recreated on today's label, which is emblazened with a Saint Jacques logo (scallops in its shell) as a lasting remembrance of the pilgrims who seeked refuge with the Hospitallers of Pomerol.

Château Marzy is one of the rare properties that is described as a "Château" on the official maps of the National Geographic Institute. Château Marzy is located on the great plateau of Pomerol, and due in no small part both to its excellent location, and the quality of its cellar equipment, it produces a wine of great class that, like all of Pomerol, marries both power and finesse. It's a wine that will improve with age.

" The earliest origins of this estate can be traced to the 18th Century. In the 19th Century the estate was divided into three (Doisy-Védrines, Doisy-Däene and Doisy-Dubroca), with the Vedrines portion staying in the original family. In 1851 the Boireau family purchased the 30 hectares of Védrines and their descendants still run it today. The vineyard is 85% Semillon, 15% Sauvignon and the wines are aged in oak (70% new each vintage) for 16 months. " ~ Winery notes
