Paying homage to the inception of Fontainebleau Miami Beach in 1954,

Cellar 1954 Wine & Dinner Series is a monthly event that pairs the

world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award-winning

cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature dining destinations.

The series continues Thursday, May 19, 2016, at Fontainebleau's

Signature Steakhouse, StripSteak. Diners will enjoy a decadent five-

course menu prepared by chef de cuisine Derrick Roberts,

complemented by world renowned wines from the Rioja Wine Region in

Spain. Rioja wines are made from grapes grown not only in the

Autonomous Community of La Rioja, but also in parts of Navarre and the

Basque province of Álava. Rioja wines are normally a blend of various

grape varieties, and can be either red (tinto), white (blanco) or rosé

(rosado).

Priced at $200 per person including taxes and service charge.
