Vintage White Burgundy Tasting

It’s the end of Burgundy month here at Wine Watch and we saved one of the best Burgundy tastings for last with our vintage white Burgundy tasting back to 1982!  This is the oldest white Burgundy that we have in the store at the moment and of the 10 wines on the table 6 of them are Grand Cru making this one of the greatest white tastings of all time!! 

White wine does not seem to get the same attention from collectors as red. We are guilty of giving red more attention than white as ¾ of our inventory is the color red. 

Recognition of the problem is half of the battle and tonight we will give the vintage great white Burgundies their due.  Most of these wines at this tasting are not available for sale but we do have a good selection of white Burgundies in the store which I have included all of them on SALE on this offering. 

This tasting is a part of the valuable scientific wine research that we are doing here at the Wine Watch, we need to know how long you can age white Burgundy in your cellar.
