Paying homage to the inception of Fontainebleau Miami Beach in 1954, Cellar 1954 Wine & Dinner Series is a monthly event that pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award-winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature dining destinations.

The series continues Friday, June 24, 2016, at Fontainebleau's Signature Restaurant, Scarpetta. Diners will enjoy a decadent five-course menu prepared by chef de cuisine Neil O'Connell, complemented by world renowned Pinot Wines.

Priced at $200 per person including taxes and service charge.
