Cellar 1954 Dinner Series Presents Pahlmeyer Winery

Paying homage to the inception of Fontainebleau Miami Beach in 1954, Cellar 1954 Wine & Dinner Series is a monthly event that pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award-winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature dining destinations.

The series continues Friday, June 23, 2017, at Fontainebleau's Signature Restaurant, Scarpetta. Diners will enjoy a decadent five-course menu prepared by chef de cuisine, Neil O'Connell, complemented by Pahlmeyer wines.

Initially inspired by the wines of Bordeaux, Pahlmeyer creates limited quantities of world-class wines that are the essence of power and finesse. This portfolio of sought-after wines features the flagship Proprietary Red, complemented by Merlot, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, all of which consistently earn high critical acclaim.

Priced at $200 per person including tax and gratuity.
