A meal without wine is called breakfast.

I don’t even eat breakfast… it’s not on the 2 bottle per day wine diet!

The secret to good health is lots of red wine containing many great things but resveratrol is one of the best things for you in wine and the wine that contains the most resveratrol is red burgundy.  So, whenever we get a chance to pop some bottles of red Burgundy we take it here at Wine Watch and you will see a lot of great burgundy tastings on the calendar coming up over the next month as I get ready for my birthday month in March.

I always say every day above ground is reason to celebrate but I go a little heavy the month before and after March 3rd.  When we received this collection of Burgundies from the 1950’s, 1960’s and 1970’s I could not believe how perfect some of the oldest bottles were, so I immediately pulled them aside for scientific research.

Join me as we experience some of the oldest wines we have in the store at the moment and if you still are not leaving the house, I have included all the Burgundy from these three decades on this offering.

The fee for this tasting which includes dinner is $250 + tax, for reservations call 954-523-9463 or e-mail andy@winewatch.com.
