Every year we study wines that are 10 and 20 years of age. This is the first of many tastings in 2025 that will feature wines that have reached their first level of maturity. Just like people wines mature with age, they gain nuance and complexity sheading their baby fat becoming less awkward and more balanced. In great vintages this can take decades but the only way to know for sure is to keep checking on a regular basis. Many collectors want to know what the right time is to drink their collectible wines and that is why we host so many vintage wine tastings, so you get a chance to experience first-hand how these wines are drinking right now.
Join us as we experience wines that are 10 years old wines from Napa Valley along with a special menu to accompany the tasting wines. This tasting is limited to 14 tasters and the fee for this tasting which includes dinner is $250 + tax, for reservations call 954-523-9463 or e-mail andy@winewatch.com.
