Jorge Ordonez is one of the top importers of Spanish wine in the United States today. His portfolio of wineries is like a who’s who from practically every appellation throughout Spain. Tonight our host Steve Sink from Stacole we will take us on a tour of Spain through Jorge’s eyes. Chef Oliver Saucy will be sending out a few small courses to accompany the tasting wines.
