These tastings at Cafe Maxx for $35 are the best value of any event that we do. Eight wines are pre-poured in order to allow them to open up. Chef Oliver Saucy will be sending out a few small courses to accompany the wines.  These tastings are a great opportunity to get a taste of Cafe Maxx and an education in wine all at the same time.  The fee for the tasting in $35+ tax+ Gratuity for reservations call 954-782-0606.

Only 300 bottles sent to the US, they use the same vineyard as the Chianti Classico and this is 100% Sangiovese, pretty strawberry fruit on the nose and has a bit of a earthy/mushrooom like note along with wild herbs and flowers. Raspberry and strawberry fruit, a sweet tart note to fruit with light earthy and floral notes through the bone dry finish. Finish 30+ Very Good

A blend of 70/20/10 Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah, in the hills near lucca one of the pioneers of biodynamic and this wine has a very distinct earthy and herbacious nuance, black licorice and dark cherry berry fruit. A big and chewy wine on the tongue, this wine is from the younger vines and they only make three wines here and only 35,000 bottles, ripe tannins and that distinct earthy character from the nose through the finish.
